We recently hired Nivo Construction from Sarasota to expand our patio and install a backyard cage. Francisco, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the design , the permitting and construction process. The final result is outstanding. While the project took longer than expected due to weather and permit delays, the quality of work made it worth the wait. Pricing was fair, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. I would gladly recommend Nivo Construction to anyone looking for a patio expansion.

Rivo Construction replaced my pool cage after Hurricane Ian completely destroyed it! Francisco and his crew rebuilt and redesigned the cage to withstand future Hurricanes! Since Hurricane Ian we have had 3 hurricanes come through our town with the most recent being Helene and taking a direct hit by Milton! Milton was a Cat 3 when hitting us direct and I’m happy to say that my pool cage with stood it without receiving any damage! Francisco’s crew completed the work a month earlier than expected! Also he provided us with a reasonable estimate and came in as quoted! I would highly recommend Rivo Construction!

Francisco is very attentive to my needs and questions during the whole process of my lanai build. I am very satisfied on the work his crews performed. The lanai turned out very beautiful and more importantly it sustained the past hurricanes with no problems. I definitely recommend him!

Francisco and his team did a fantastic job building our enclosed porch. This was the first major house upgrade I've done and his team made it very easy and painless. I couldn't be happier with the result and as the saying goes - you get what you pay for. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and worked with me to answer all questions in full and took care of even the most minor items that popped up. The structure he and his team installed took on 2 major hurricanes in 2024 (Helene and Milton) and the structure never wavered. The only issue was a broken door closer hinge and he went out of his way to make sure it was resolved. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! Would recommend his company 100/100 times.

Getting any work done in Florida is going to take MONTHS longer than you expect going in, but Francisco found a way to finish our job slightly ahead of schedule.
